Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before taking the first step.

Getting Started

How do I get started at Clearview Wellness Collective? Simply reach out through our contact page to schedule a free consultation. During this call we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, answer any questions you have, and make sure we’re a good fit before scheduling your first session.

Do you offer a free consultation? Yes. We offer a brief complimentary consultation so you can get a feel for the process and ask any questions before committing to a session.

How do I know if therapy is right for me? If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or just know something needs to change — therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Many people come simply because they want support navigating life more effectively.

Sessions & Format

Are sessions in person or virtual? All sessions at Clearview Wellness Collective are held virtually. We serve clients throughout North Carolina, so no matter where you are in the state, you can access care from the comfort of your own home, office, or wherever feels right for you.

What platform do you use for virtual sessions? We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link prior to your session. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.

How long are sessions? Sessions are 50–60 minutes.

How often will we meet? Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum. As you progress, sessions may shift to biweekly depending on your goals and needs. This is something we’ll discuss together.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee.

Services & Specialties

What types of counseling do you offer? We offer individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling. We also offer parent workshops and support groups, wellness retreats, and workplace wellness consulting.

What issues do you help with? Some of the most common reasons clients come to Clearview include anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, parenting struggles, and emotional overwhelm. If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, just reach out — we’re happy to talk it through.

Do you work with children? Clearview Wellness Collective serves adults only (18 and older).
